IN HER POWER is an individual and group coaching program for spiritually conscious single women who are ready to embody their true selves so that they are showing up confidently in all relationships and aspects of their life.
If you are feeling lonely and anxious about your future while being single, it's understandable—but you don't have to stay stuck in this mindset. Being single is a valuable opportunity to explore who you are and what you really want in life.
It is time to stop letting being single hold you back from living your best life. You no longer need to resign yourself to feeling stuck, unfulfilled, or like you have to compromise your values. The "In Her Power" program is designed to help you gain the confidence to align your actions with your authentic self and own your power as a single woman.
I know that taking that first step is not always easy, especially when you feel uncertain about what lies ahead. Whether you are in the beginning stages of finding your path or have been on a journey for some time and have gotten stuck, I am here to help.
Our journey together will involve me holding a sacred space free of judgments, with 100% confidentiality, where I listen carefully to understand how you experience life, reflect on how you think about your experiences and offer thoughtful solutions based what matters most. This transformational process will help you uncover your limiting perspectives and awaken them into limitless possibilities, so that you can achieve the results you want. With structure, accountability, and clear directives, you'll be equipped to achieve your goals and start living the life you truly desire.

16- individual coaching sessions
Meetings scheduled via in person, phone or video for 60 mins
Unlimited email correspondence in between sessions
Assigned reading and coursework
Investment: $10,000 (payment plan available)
IN HER POWER Group Coaching Experience
9-month program
Two group meetings a month via video for 90 mins for a total of 18 sessions
One 1:1 60 min coaching session with me either via video or phone
Community group for support and correspondence
